We want you to feel confident trying Nexvora Brush™. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

30-Day Return Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

  • Your item is in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is unused or in good condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging when possible.
  • You can provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How To Start A Return

Email us at hello@nexvorabeauty.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address used at checkout.
  • The reason for your return request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@nexvorabeauty.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We’ll review the issue and help make it right.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is approved. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
